DescriptionWelcome to a ‘Healthy Food Cooking Workshop’ being facilitated by Minakshi Singh.

The primary focus of this workshop is to teach the participants how to prepare the following healthy foods that are very good alternatives to many unhealthy choices that we are used to.

The best part of this workshop will of course be eating all these lovely foods that will be made first hand by the facilitator, so you experience the right flavors. No need to take down notes as you will be given a printed booklet of all the recipes.

10 am to 12 pm

1. Cold Coffee of Almond Milk
2. Layered Fruit Dessert
3. Cashew Cheese and Mayo
4. Millet Crackers

12 pm to 1:30 pm

1. Veg Salad with Dairy Free Mayo
2. Quinoa Medley with Veges
3. Baked Eggplant, Spinach & Tomato Moussaka

3 pm to 4 pm

1. Masala Chai of Coconut Milk
2. Oats Crackers with Pesto
3. Raw Chocolate Balls
4. Peanut Milk Curd

Fee: The fee for this workshop is Rs.1,500 per person. To book your seat, kindly pay the advance of Rs.500 online at or at The Rejuvenation Center in Candolim, or to Minakshi Singh or to Darryl D’Souza. The balance Rs.1,000 is to be paid in cash at the workshop.

About the Facilitator:

Minakshi Singh has been on a healthy living journey since over 2 decades. She has had the experience of being an organic food grower since a decade and now does healthy food cooking workshops, inspired by the focus on ‘eating healthy’ from the book ‘Become Healthy Or Extinct‘ by Darryl D’Souza.

Minakshi is also an intuitive healer & counsellor who teaches people (especially women and children) about self-empowerment and how to live a balanced and healthy life. She lives in Quepem, South Goa, where she manages a health resort and an organic farming community.
